Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S., as long as it has a street address, not a PO Box

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed before 12pm EST on those days will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. All orders ship via 2 day shipping. We will keep you up

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or FPO or APO addresses.

Does somebody need to be at home to accept delivery?

How is the seafood packaged?

Will my order arrive frozen?

How long can my box sit outside?

Your order should not sit outside for more than 6 - 8 hours. As long as it remains at or below the typical fridge temperature of 38°F, it is safe to eat. If it is above this temperature, please discard your order and contact us.

What if my order arrives partially thawed?

How do I report an issue with my order?

Please contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us to cancel an order. Orders that have started fulfillment or have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Can I make changes to my order or information after my order has been placed?
