What if my order arrives partially thawed?Updated 2 years ago

When delivered on time and retrieved within 6-8 hours of delivery, your KnowSeafood products should arrive refrigerator cold—below 38°F as measured with a food thermometer. 

In accordance with USDA Freezing and Food Safety Guidelines, seafood that is refrigerator cold, partly frozen (solid), or frozen can be placed into the freezer for later use. You should immediately discard any seafood that’s above 38°F or that is exactly 38°F that may have been so for more than 2 hours.
