Will my order arrive frozen?Updated 2 years ago

All KnowSeafood is shipped frozen with dry ice. Your order will arrive at or below typical fridge temperature of 38°F. 

In accordance with USDA Freezing and Food Safety Guidelines, seafood that is refrigerator cold, partly frozen (solid), or frozen can be placed into the freezer for later use. You should immediately discard any seafood that’s above 38°F or that is exactly 38°F that may have been so for more than 2 hours.
