Why is my promotion code not working?

Can I choose my day for delivery?

We are unable to take delivery date requests. All orders ship following our shipping schedule below: We ship all orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed before 12pm EST on those days will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm E

Yes! You can always choose what seafood you want in your box, by choosing a fully custom BYOB - Build Your Own Box

You can either shop our Curated Boxes or Build Your Own Box of your favorites by shopping a la carte.

Is shipping included in the price of the box?

Yes! All KnowSeafood orders that reach our $129 order minimum after taxes and discounts include FREE 2 Day Shipping.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we sell e-gift cards here.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Of course! When you checkout, update the shipping address with your lucky recipient’s address and choose "Yes" when asked if this is a gift. Add their name, email and phone number and continue with checkout! Unsure of what to get them? A KnowSeafood

Do you offer promotion codes or discounts?

Members will at times receive discounts on products they order often and specials throughout the year. Members can also earn $25 off their next order if a friend they refer places an order– and the friend gets the same bonus!

Do I have to have a subscription?

No subscriptions or recurring orders are needed! You're in charge and you can order as you like. You can BYOB (Build Your Own Box) or choose one of our curated boxes. Returning customers receive free shipping and 5% off their order. Order must be $11
